- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the scope of the project you need support executing to the level of my involvement. I provide implementation services to help land our plan which expands beyond and complements the recommendation services. Return customers and referrals receive discounted rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love meeting with customers for the initial consult! It's here where I understand their challenges and overall objectives to see if I can add value to their experience. 48 hours after the initial consult they will hear from me with a preliminary proposal and invoice or a decline. I believe in only taking projects where I can genuinely support my clients so I do decline offers if I feel my expertise is not a fit. My priority is building lasting partnerships with my clients rather than collecting payments.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10+ years experience in large and small scale project management across various industries which has equipped me to master steep learning curves while steadfastly progressing towards client objectives.
