- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1st, I'd like to define your needs/objectives. 2nd, Let's create "Win Win Win Scenarios" to ensure that you not only see me as a Speaker, but a potential Partner. 3rd, I will see to it that the audience members and participants walk away from your event with more than just a temporary feeling of emotional satisfaction, but proven plans of action to guarantee results!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years of training experience in Understanding Personality Types, Conflict Resolution, Change Management, Creating New Habits, Cultivating a Healthy Work Ethic and Sales/Marketing.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After graduating from Morehouse College with an English degree, I landed a job (out of my field) in the banking industry (go figure); however, counting the money of others while stuggling myself financially was frustrating. I started a small home based business shortly thereafter, and was able to grow it into a million dollar enterprises after 6 years and retire at 22 years of age. In retrospect, I took the mentality and success principles cultivated to achieve this and created frameworks that organizations and corporations now use to increase productivity.
