- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Smaller consulting projects are usually done on an hourly basis. Larger projects may have a fixed fee. Projects that predominantly involve furniture selections may be done as a percentage of the total budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I will meet a client at their facility to visually assess the project site, and interview them as to the way(s) the space is utilized, aesthetic and functional areas they would like to address, and their style preferences. Together we will ascertain exactly what design services may be needed to achieve their goals. Then I would submit a proposal for my design services, with fees based on the type of project and scope of services desired.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Psychology and Art in addition to a degree in Architectural Interior Design. I also have many years of experience in the field with various project types.
