- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The fee is that set by the Social Security administration which is 25%of the past due money due the client. No fee unless we win!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we receive a telephone call from a person who has filed for either social security disability or social security income and has been denied .Social security sends them a letter telling them they have 60 days to file a request for reconsideration ,thats when they would call us for help! We send them forms to fill out and a contract which must be approved by Social Security before we may be paid when we win their case. The fee is based on the amount that is owed to our client when the case is won and the client is paid which is 25% of the total amount that is paid.Of course we follow up with Social Security to attempt to be placed on the earliest calander possible !

Revenue Officer school ,Law school ,admitted to all of the courts in Georgia , courts of appeals, supreme court of Ga. 5th and 11th Federal district courts,Courts of appeals and the Supreme Court of the U.S. Attended many seminars regarding Social Security, Member of NOSCAR.
