About this pro
Krystan - Forest Highlands Golf Club U.
Forest Highlands Golf Club's experience with Colin Prenger Media was exceptional. Asset turnaround time was much quicker than industry standard. The use of a drone for footage of our golf course was ideal to showcase the contours and demonstrate how much altitude change we have. I attribute the quality of the assets we received to Colin Prenger's vision and his competence at his craft. We look forward to our next photography needs because we will be calling Colin Prenger Media.Jun 29, 2016
Colin was really great! He gave us a lot for our session- he was very attentive and professional and he had excellent ideas in terms of pictures and picture ideas! He is clearly very talented based upon the pictures we looked at and I would recommend him again to anyone looking for a great session for a decent price. LDec 10, 2015Verified

My boyfriend and I wanted some pictures done and we found Colin online- I am so glad we did! He did an amazing job and was so patient with our busy schedules. He allowed us to choose what pictures we wanted and edited them so quickly! His work is really amazing- I have the pictures all over my apartment :) We will definitely be contacting Colin again for future pictures!Feb 11, 2016

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I have standard prices that are a minimum/starting point for each service. I like to figure out the budget of the client first, then tailor my services to fit the client's budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to have a brief conversation with the client before the project, whether it be via email, phone, or in person. That way I can customize the project to the client's needs to get the result the client wants. Then the event/shoot occurs. Following the shoot, I find it important to maintain communication with the client so they don't feel like I've fallen off the face of the earth while editing. Then I make sure if there is anything else the client wants before the project is completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? Most of what I have learned in photography is self-taught/experience and some formal training.
