I've been working with Alex for about 4 months, and I can honestly say its been an absolute fantastic experience. He's both extremely punctual and flexible, this guy pushes you to the limit every session! I had gone to other gyms in the past, but never worked with a personal trainer before. Alex made the transition super smooth, starting out by getting to know my goals(both short and long term) and delivered a comprehensive strategy to meet those goals. Being a little nervous at first, I started out with Alex once a week, but because of his work ethic and depth of knowledge of all the different muscle groups in the body, I changed it to twice a week instead. My girlfriend is shocked at the results i've had in such a short amount of time. Definitely go with Alex, you won't be disappointed.

Alex was an excellent trainer. He tailored the workout to my level and would alter the workout on the fly if it was needed. I learned a lot about bodyweight training and dropped nearly 20 lbs in the process! I highly recommend him.

Personal training has been my full time job and my life's passion for a long time. I love helping people achieve their fitness goals and nothing makes me love my job more then seeing my clients getting results that they always wanted. My philosophy is simple: people should be able to workout anytime, anywhere. Whether you are on a business trip, sitting at home without a gym membership, on vacation, or in any other situation, you should be able to work on your fitness! And that is exactly what I can help you with because my training methods don't require any equipment. Instead, I encourage my clients to use their own body to get stronger and faster, as well as feel and look better. I use simple yet very effective training programs that are based on progressive calisthenics. My clients come to me with varying goals: some want to lose weight, others want to gain muscle, while some just want to get healthier. So most of my clients have an aesthetic goal to improve their appearance. With goals like these, I find it very important to have a performance oriented program that is accompanied with proper nutrition. When you get stronger and faster, your body has to adopt to the new demand and that's when it starts losing fat, gaining muscle and improving on many other levels. Having a performance based goal will also make your training process more meaningful, fun and motivating. Why go to the gym to use boring machines and that rusty bike, or elliptical when you can be working on a pull up, pistol squat, one arm push up, sprints - you name it! I have trained many clients who got to the point where they were able to do those things in a matter of months and guess what? They look and feel much better than before they started training. It always works. When it comes down to nutrition, I have very simple advice: base your diet on any food that was never manufactured or processed and you will see wonders not only in the way you feel, but also in the mirror. If you use these simple principles, you will feel much more energized, remain more focused, and, of course, lose fat (lots of it). I do not believe in counting calories.
