- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
COACHING - Conduct an intake interview to understand needs and expectations of client and determine fit with coaching process. Provide a customized proposal and get to work! PUBLIC SPEAKING - Conduct a needs assessment to understand audience and expected outcomes. Submit a detailed proposal followed by a contract.

15+ years of professional experience, including senior management roles in billion dollar-plus organizations. Served as emcee, moderator, facilitator, trainer and presenter to audiences as large as 1,000, as well as a coach and mentor to numerous managers and leaders.
