Great service, from beginning to end. Tamika talked us through the different options, was gentle but thorough with the bathing and grooming, and cleaned up like she was never there. Our dog was relaxed the entire time, which is not normal for him. Will definitely use her service again.

This was Mr B.'s first time with Mia and he's been labeled as "aggressive" in the past, so I'm always uncertain of how it will go. Mia was warned ahead of time, of course. Me and my daughter silently listened from upstairs as she talked him through it. I've never been around while he was being groomed, so I was shocked at how quiet he was! When it was over he looked GREAT and she said he wasn't a problem at all! I will definitely be using her from now on!

Tamika does an outstanding job! By far one of the best groomers in the Atlanta area. I really love her home service. Very convenient! No one else for me. I highly recommend her.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standard pricing system as grooming prices are dependent upon a number of factors including, breed, size, coat condition, temperament and age.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always provide a 15 minute consultation prior to getting started to get to know the client, the pet and what they want to see happen. This time allows me to envision the best plan of action and possibly make suggestions that help the pet and/or the pet parent.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been an apprentice and mentee to some of the top groomers in the country. I am continuously updating my education through conferences, seminars and one-on-one sessions with the industry's top groomers.
