Poor experience. Contractor came out, said he was capable of completing job in desired manner. Also said could start the week after next and after that would not return any of my calls or texts to verify starting job. Have tried to contact 5 tines at this point and waited two weeks. I hate that you feel this way. However, we never confirmed the start of this project and the reviews are for customers. We have been in business for years and our customers are happy. Imagine the time spent on free estimates just for people to leave a review on work that was never done and confirmed.
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our time is valuable. We can give estimates over the phone based on your photos or videos shared with us. Quotes are generally derived from labor cost and cost of materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We provide general quotes or estimates over the phone. They can not be guaranteed until we have visited the site and then we will provide a final written estimate.
