Amy has been amazing and a huge help for me thus far. I adopted my 3 month old lab Remy earlier this month and she has helped me so much on days I work long hours. My schedule changes frequently and she has been extremely flexible when she comes to walk Remy. I also love that she sends a picture and a text update of everything she did with my pup. I just moved to Atlanta and have never lived in a big city. My dog Bo is a black lab who I've had since he was 8 weeks old, and he is 5 years old now. I've always had roommates who have been helpful to let him out, and it was never an issue. Moving to the city I am not able to go home for lunch, and I was very nervous about how to let Bo out during the day. I found Amy on Thumbtack, and we met once and I knew she would be great. Every day she comes and sends me an update and a photo of Bo. She has really exceeded my expectations. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I first like to get to know you and for sure you get to know me. I will be working with someone very important to you, so the more info I can get the better. I will strive to keep your pet on the schedule that they are used to. If they are not allowed on the furniture or not to get treats after a certain time..they can beg with those big brown eyes but no go buddy:) Bottom line is I am here to make your life easier and make sure your pet is happy, healthy and sleepy!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have had pets my whole life. I have worked in boarding facilities, vet clinics, and even opened my own pet boutique in the Midwest. I even took on a challenge to start a now yearly pet expo with over 200 vendors. Whew! I'll stick to caring for your best friend. I am in the process of launching an online retail boutique soon. You will also be seeing me at local festivals soon so stop by and say woof when you get a chance. Id love to meet you.
