- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the type of project. Pricing ranges from interior renovations to second story additions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we would like to talk briefly about their project. From there we can go over what is required from the city for permitting. If our quote for services is accepted then we will proceed with the floor plan. After the floor plan is approved by the client we will proceed with the exterior elevations. After the elevations are approved we proceed with the structural plans and finalize the site plan with the specific city's requirements.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed professional engineer in Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, and New York. I have been designing structures for over 10 years, first starting with the Army Corp of Engineers. I have used my knowledge gained to thrive in residential homes with aspect to the architectural and structural design.
