Marcos is excellent with his job . He's professional and always punctual with plenty of patience and best of all, he speaks spanish. Don't be afraid of contacting him. Whenever we hear the word 'personal trainer', we imagine something difficult to deal with, but he is the opposite. Marcos trained us -a small group of 4-5 people for the past 2 months. He has a wholesome approach to strength training and doesn't believe in quick fixes. He helped us build core stability and made the training interesting by not following a set pattern. I would recommend him to anybody who is starting out as he has a calm style of teaching.
