FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A business's growth is inextricably linked with good design. A good design will grow your brand, identity and web business for years to come. I urge my clients to make the initial investment in my services; it truly is the foundation for their success. For small projects, an hourly rate is the easiest to implement. However, for larger scale projects, I will quote on a per-project basis. These often need more investment of time and feedback, so it is in my clients' interest to have one base rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start a project with an interview phase, the goal of which is to figure out what their business is really about. This involves a creative brief, a questionnaire to capture the essence or goal of the design. It helps me design the best product possible. Then I can create a realistic scope of time and budget for the project. Once you are on board with the project quote, I can move on to design and development. I like to keep my clients involved every step of the way, so feedback is essential. After the last approval, we go live with the final design.
