The woman sent to do our cleaning prior to putting our house on the market was friendly and personable. But she was clearly over her head for this cleaning project. She did not come with adequate cleaning supplies and had no idea how to really dust, clean, and vacuum a house. We finally had to send her on her way and begin to clean the house ourselves over what she thought she had already done. During the day both we as the clients and the person that was supposed to accomplish the cleaning project made numerous attempts to contact a supervisor but no one answered to give assistance to the lady assigned our cleaning project. I have found out since that PristineClean is not licensed by the state of Georgia. My bad -- I should have checked. I would not recommend this cleaning service. At this time I am questioning how legitimate PristineClean really is.

Very unprofessional. After informing the company that I would pay them after I got out of a meeting, they called me and said if I didn't pay in 30 minutes they would file a theft of services and add a $25 late fee. Now you would think with that the cleaning job they did would be well "Pristine", well my tenant that moved in said it was far from pristine. I then tried calling and received no answer or call back. I would/do not recommend this business👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
