With my "down to earth", professional, and strategic approach to coaching; my clients often consult me as they approach any new challenge that they struggle to see as an opportunity!
I was born to be a coach! From a young age I became fascinated with human behavior. I amazed others at how well I was able to connect with people of all ages and ultimately motivate and encourage them to do the things they couldn't seem to get accomplished. I find a sense of purpose and accomplishment in assisting my clients to have a breakthrough and I absolutely love the journey!

As a membership club I work with Michelle to write a letter to include with my annual performance review. This letter highlightings the contributions to my company and requests a raise in my salary . If you know anything about requesting a raise, you know it is nerve-racking! Well Michelle's never failed me! I always get a $1.00 more after reading my letter. I have found out that other employees in my company request raises as well and the gain half of what I received. I truly credit Michelle's help working with me on gaining increased income and assisting me with identitying my strengths and skills.

You're on the fence...I know. Of course you don't need a life coach. Wrong! I am definitely one of those self aware who did not think a life coach could aid in my understanding of self. Ms. Michelle proved me wrong. She has a way of getting to undercurrent of a situation. To step you through why this feeling or that feeling came up. Seriously! Ms. Michelle's coaching is mixed with absolute truth, spirituality, and a bit of clairvoyance. She cleans up the mess so you can see clearly. I definitely recommend her services for any of life's situations - especially for relationships of a working modern day woman.
