- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very transparent with our pricing. We tell you want we think the project will really cost versus coming in low and then telling you it's more work than we expected and raising the cost after. ***Military and Senior citizen discounts available***
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come out to your office and introduce ourselves and tell you a little about our business and how we operate. We then do a walk around your business and we discuss what areas of your facility you would like cleaned. We will make recommendations to help keep cost low. In the end we'll make notes of your facility and then we will provide you with the best quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We specialize in commercial cleaning, we do not offer any residential cleaning services. We service all types of business ranging from small yoga studios up to large corporate buildings that have over 150,000 square feet of space that needs to get serviced on a nightly bases. Some of the business categories we service are: Business offices of all sizes Medical facilities Fitness centers (e.g. yoga, dance, gyms, etc.) Schools Restaurants (both FOH and BOH cleaning) Manufacturing facilities Retail stores Etc.
