It’s always important to book in advance, to save the date, make a deposit and secure our availability. Planning ahead is also a great advantage. Recurring clients and referrals do get a discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers, we require a deposit, in case of unexpected cancellations, this deposit also guarantees we save your date and we guarantee our availability. Our team is very busy, specially during holiday season, this process will also assure us that our clients are serious business proposals.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Our first job in the US was within the hospitality industry, we were recommended to do bartending because we knew about mixology and cocktails in general, it was a positive experience, then we decided to start our own business and it has been a successful career.
