I ask a lot of questions so that everything in precise and I know exactly what it is I'm paying for. Everything seemed to be great until an hour before my party was suppose to be picked up. I received a call saying that the party bus we agreed on would not be available. After going back and forth, we eventually settle for the best option they had available which turned out to not be bad at all. The drivers were nice, and I described quick responses. The only issue I had was the last minute changes.

I really wanted to be able to provide a glowing review, but I was so incredibly disappointed by this "company". The bus did not show up at the agreed-upon time and when it did show up, there were many, many issues. Though Louis was responsive and communicative during the planning process, he seems to have no control over the actual party bus or driver. We were left stranded on NYE with 23 people waiting for the bus. Overall, I was embarrassed that I was unable to transport my friends. When the bus did show up (over an hour late), it had no lights and no sound. By that point, over 14 people had already found other transportation.

We at Go 365 Transportation truly apologize for this mix-up that occurred on new years eve. Steps have been taken to prevent this from happening on any future trips. We did offer to help pay for alternative transportation for those that used that option. Also, we will offer a free rental with the same terms as the previous rental. Again we apologize for the mix-up and are totally committed to making everything right!
