FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Following an initial free-of-charge 30 minutes’ consultation aimed at identifying how I can best meet the client’s specific needs and end – goals. Once we have determined the best course of action, I offer two different kinds of services: 1. One time consulting – typically aimed to talking about a specific topic (usually for returning costumers). 2. A 12 – 15 meeting plan aimed to create clarity, identifying and achieving specific goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work with new clients for 10 – 12 meetings structured in the following manner: MEETING # 1 - Our goal is to identify and determine whether coaching is the best tool to handle the clients’ needs. Next, we complete an assessment and set our expectations for the process (i.e. where you are and what do you want to accomplish). Then, we work to create clarity and focus on the goals and how to achieve them, as well as on identifying new insights and behaviors that will result in an improvement of your quality of life. What to expect: First, I want my coachees to realize that what they set out to do is not necessarily easy but it can be enlightening, fun, and educational. I want our work together to lead them to their personal and professional goals so that they can achieve the quality of life they want for themselves. My services are delivered in person but, in some cases, meetings can occur over the phone or remotely so that you can continue to receive coaching anytime and anywhere, including from the comfort of your home.
