- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?After we are hired, you will get a call from us to discuss the details of the move. If you are satisfied with the quote, you pay a deposit to be scheduled. You will then an email detailing the discussion and an acknowledge of your deposit. IF you decide not to leave a deposit you will still receive an email detailing the discussion but you will not be scheduled until we receive a deposit. On the day before the move, you will receive a call to confirm the move and to give you a few tips for move day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Being an athlete when i was in school and having been in the moving industry for over 10 years, i have gained excellent training and skills that i use everyday. With seasonal part-time jobs in retail, i gained a lot of knowledge in customer satisfaction, which is this company makes customer satisfaction our priority.
- What types of customers have you worked with?From music producers, teachers, doctors, engineers, businesses, a retired football player, a baseball player who had just signed a short term contract with the Braves, and a stripper; Yes we've seen them all
