Introduction: Each client is a unique individual with needs and goals, and also with specific challenges, lifestyle, personality/habits. When I work with a client I take all this into account...I customize what I teach, how I teach it and when, so that it will make a positive impact for the client. During our engagement I share a combination of Mindfulness techniques, as well as active guided meditation. This blend of science-based practices is a proven formula that has helped me personally, as well as my clients. Focusing on/working toward a specific goal or aspiration is a big part of my "recipe for success" with helping clients. I help clients stay motivated by knowing where they're headed and experiencing the progress! I have personally put myself through my program and found success...and I am the toughest client that I know! :-) I expect to understand what I'm doing and why, clear expectations, true caring and connection with my coach, and tracking of my progress. This is what I give my clients...nothing less will do! I take great pride in ensuring clients achieve meaningful results, and go to great lengths at personalizing services to match client situations and unique requirements.
