Receiving Reiki helps to align the chakras and give you a sense of peace and tranquility. It helps to ease pain and give clients a peace of mind. Pranic Healing helps to remove negative energy, blockages, attachments (cords) or ailments one may suffer from. These sessions can be done in-person at my office or from the comfort of your own home as they can be done long-distance (without ever having to make contact in person), depending on the client's preference.
