- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have two packages - gold and platinum. The gold package includes a free consult, customized resume and cover letter, all final documents in Word/Google/PDF format and unlimited revisions for $57. I find the best choice is the platinum package that includes all the above plus a new/refreshed LinkedIn profile review, interview prep and thank you note after interview has taken place for $117. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have the ability to work remotely or in person - based on individual needs and travel restrictions due to distance. I see this process as a partnership - beginning with the end in mind - landing the job of your dreams! I want to get to know the wants and needs of each new customers and typically schedule a free consultation as a "get to know each other" better session and outline goals and expectations and a concrete plan for moving forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management and a Master's Degree in Social Work. I have a certification in Fund Raising Management from Indiana University at Purdue which included extensive training in communications and interpersonal relationships, fundraising and grant writing. I'm also a member of the National Resume Writers Association. As a senior level executive for 20+ years, I've been heavily involved in recruiting, hiring and training all levels of staff from high school paraprofessionals to Psychiatrists. One of my greatest loves is matching entry level and career changing individuals with job opportunities that help them grow, develop and move up the management chain.
