This review is not an honest reflection of the service provided. All of our trucks are equipped with pads and adequate moving supplies (honest truth). We reimbursed (you failed to mention) you for the broken fish tank heater that was damaged even though you left it lying in the middle of the floor in the truck. The damages on the couches were already there as we pointed out the minor defects/issues. When we mentioned these things you said that you were already aware of these issues while you continued your phone conversation. Even though we did not damage your couches I have communicated plans to touch up the white marks for you out of courtesy. The honest truth is that the move took a lot longer than you expected which ultimately left the bill higher than you anticipated. As a result, you attempted to cancel the money order as we were prepared to take legal action. The reason the move took so long is because your uber took longer than expected and there was bad weather leaving us waiting on you for 1.5 hours. To better assist you we took the initiative and started unloading our trunk in front of your door while we waited not to mention you stopped to Moe's on the way which caused us to wait longer. It's really unfortunate that we received the short end of the stick on this deal this is the first 1-star review we received (non-deserving). Despite all of this we still plan on touching up your couch by the end of the week. Hopefully, you will find it in your heart to reconsider this review. We don't have any hidden fees (i.e., fuel, insurance etc). Due to limited information provided in the job listing discounts are discussed via phone conversation.
