According to the job we will give a range which will be the minimum as well as a maxim we will meet the client in the middle so that our prices are fair enough for the client as well as the company
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introducing myself as well as team I represent . I typically if time is convenient for the customer would like to set up a brief conversation via phone or in person to allow myself as well as my client to become comfortable with the entire process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
12 years in Real Estate, experience in maintaining efficiency's to million dollar homes staging. Managed properties 10 years which consisted of the curb appeal, exterior to interior. Interior of all homes were required to be well maintenance from top to bottom.
