- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For weddings, I charge $1.50/per serving with rental fees, delivery and set up fees included. Other events are subject to cakes sizes needed and amount ordered.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first ask about the clients vision for their wedding or event, ask about their taste likes and dislikes and from there suggest a product specifically for them. For large events or weddings, I set up a tasting to nail down flavors and specifics.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 3 years of training with a pastry chef and wedding cake baker.
