- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The deposit will be due prior to starting the job. The deposit due is Paint Cost + 50% of Labor Cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet the client for a walkthrough of the site to be painted. After agreeing on terms, I'll receive the upfront & begin prep work either the same day or the day we decide the job will begin. When the job is complete the client will pay the remaining balance & have 3 days to schedule a return visit list for any desired touchups.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 10 years of painting experience.
