- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- We have performed a lot of events so we have a short standard list of questions for all new clients. Generally these questions cover everything we need to know and give the client the opportunity to think about some details they may not have previously considered (electrical power, lighting, weather, event schedule, setup time, etc). - Once we've talked, we will put everything on paper and make sure both band and client have a clear and agreed upon undertsanding of all the details and how the event will go. No stress. No surprises. - We will always maintain regular open communication with client via phone and/or email from initial booking to event date. Your event is important to you and us. No question or concern is too small. We want you to be happy you hired us. We hope our clients become both fans and friends for years to come.
