Introduction: The best coaches in the world should educate and empower their clients. I am questioned constantly about training and nutrition programs. Friends, business associates, strangers who see me workout and Executives from the largest fitness brands in the world are interested to learn from me. Requests have even come in from around the world to help people train, but how can you effectively train someone on another continent? I am thankful I can now offer my coaching services not only with live training in Atlanta, Ga, but also through my amazing online program and app to help you achieve your health and fitness goals! I am here to help you find a solution that works for you and match that with not only your geographic location, but also your goals and budget. My methods are not the typical boring approach (diet and exercise), but rather that of “training and nutrition.” I train you as an athlete, regardless if you are 13 or 80. Why do I train you as an athlete? Because there is an inner athlete in all of us. I have found that tapping into your inner athlete will keep you motivated to see the results you are looking for: adding muscle; losing weight; gaining strength; getting in beach shape; lettering in a varsity sport or getting to the Division I level; getting in shape for your wedding or losing pregnancy weight; or if you just want to look better naked. Not to mention living an all-around healthier life. Yes, you have come to the right place! My greatest joy is transforming clients into a new and improved version of themselves. I love hearing “I never thought I’d have abs”, or that “I could do a pull-up”, “ im in the best shape of my life” Results for my clients big or small brings me joy and satisfaction.

I’ve been training with Da'Mon for almost 3 years now, and believe he is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. I started training twice a week, as part of a group session, really enjoyed the variety & challenge he put into the sessions & then took on a personal one-on-one session as well! I must be a glutton for punishment. Da'Mon is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more pushups, pullups, sit ups / core exercises, and ability to lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I am proud to say I have a 2.5x BW Squat and working toward a 3xBW Squat and when I started I couldn't even squat my bodyweight!! I find I actually look forward to my workouts. Importantly: – He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. – He is extremely reliable & punctual – always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned. I thoroughly enjoy working out in the outdoor environment, and would recommend Da'Mon & his team to anyone looking to improve their fitness. In 3 years I only repeat the same workouts that he uses as baselines other than that each workout is totally unique.

"Da'Mon is a truly excellent trainer not to mention one of the top Powerlifters in the country and at one point was a top crossfitter in the Southeast. I have been training with him for almost 6 years both in the ​home and at the studio. He is the perfect combination of tough ("Damn, you are KILLING me!") and warm ("Dana, you are doing SO well"), and he works with the whole person -- mentally, emotionally and physically. Because of his efforts, I am stronger and more flexible, body is Sexy!, I have better balance and most importantly, working out has become fun. I recommend him without reservation." His biggest draw against other personal trainers is the fact that he is also a life coach so he not only assists me physically, emotionally, and mentally he also has the knowledge to assist with advice on my entrepreneurial ventures and has been monumental in my success.

I have worked with Hybrid Athletic Systems for 5 months remotely and already lost 15lbs while adding over 50lbs to my one rep max on squat and bench press. He is skilled, thoughtful, sensible, and a pleasure to work with and talk to. He knows just what to say to encourage and when to push me on sets, though never too much. I have trained with other PTs in the past and never gotten strength increases while dropping weight and bodyfat. Highest recommendation.

I will speak to the professionalism Da’Mon exhibits on a daily basis with his clients. He is not only passionate about our progress in the gym but also professionally as he has gotten certified in life coaching and mentors a group of us weekly on advancing our careers and lives. I watched him work with 60-100 people every morning at 5am for months and was amazed at the patience and attention to detail he displayed with everyone present. I have meet the majority of his current clients as we all get together for his birthday and one holiday each year. I am a life long client started with him in bootcamp a few years back where I lost 23lbs in 60 days and have been along for the ride ever since. I can’t say enough about the positive impact he has had on my fitness and professional journeys. I have more self confidence thanks to the body we have constructed over the years and professionally I have gone from intern to analyst to manger and on track for a director role.

Da’Mon takes pride in working with clients over many years. For this reason, he does not approach his work with urgency. I signed up for 3 months of training to lose my baby weight. After two months, I had only lost 10 pounds total (and was not on track to meet my goals by the end of our contract). I would have been willing to sign up for additional time, but I found Da’Mon to be distracted during workouts (often texting), lacking follow-through on his promises to me (including regular measurement checks and providing a meal plan, among other things), and lacking overall investment/urgency/encouragement in helping me . As such, I discontinued his services but expressly agreed to pay through the end of the contract I’d signed (I’m an attorney and understand well how contracts work). He began telling me all the plans he had for our work together (but, of course, that he’d never mentioned before). He also began incessantly calling and e-mailing me multiple times per day about the $500 for the month he wouldn’t be working. He even (finally!) sent the meal plan promised two months earlier (which I asked him to provide prior to payment). Overall, I just wish he had the same follow-through/focus/commitment about helping me with my goals as he had with getting free money.
