- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to the pricing everything is set on the website if I’m coming in my mobile unit so I don’t have to come in your house there is a travel fee separate for that.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client I always have a sit down consultation before we start. Getting a understanding of their long-term goal as well as a short term goal expectations of their hair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have is Extensive training in coloring training as a Colorist with Redken and cutting skills from Aveda as well as trading for Cranial prosthetics.
