Greg is an excellent personal trainer and coach. His training is personalized and suitable for anyone who is willing to challenge themselves to obtaining a slimmer physique, healthier mind and body. He’s reliable, flexible to work with and always accommodating when scheduling conflicts arise. Greg has an easy going disposition which takes the intimidation out of jump-starting a professional workout routine. I’ve personally lost fifteen pounds and and thrilled with the steady results I gain from working out with Greg. I look forward to each lesson and am still fighting the urge to eat cup cakes! It usually costs me an extra push up or two 😊. Give yourself a treat, invest in your fitness and trust Greg to guide you.

Greg is the type of trainer everyone needs and wants in order to gain muscle, strength, flexibility, and most importantly CONFIDENCE. I look forward to my Hendrix Training workouts because I know they work and I feel great afterwards, both mentally and physically. With all the different trainers and “boutique fitness” workouts in Atlanta, it is often overwhelming in terms of picking which class/method/instructor will help YOU reach and achieve your fitness goals... I was there, I get it. But luckily, I found Hendrix Training. Greg is educated in many different training techniques and has a progressive, functional approach to physical fitness. He will help you reach your goals through tough workouts but will stress the importance of form, taking care of your body, and muscle recovery as well! (Something I feel is important after injuring myself in a group fitness class and was unable to workout for a period of time in order for my body to recover.) I most definitely would recommend Hendrix Training to anyone (any age) looking to improve their overall fitness, health, and wellness!

Greg is an excellent trainer. He understands your goals and your limitations. He varies up the workouts to keep it interesting. He has a calm demeanor and knows when you can push harder.
