- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We receive the client request, then vet the request. 2. Once determined a viable request, initiate phone call and email to client. 3. After contact with client, tentative solution determined. 4. Project construction, Project Management, and Statement of Work created. 5. SOW plus Work Order pushed to client to sign. 6. After SOW signed, the project is initiated.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
IT GURUS OF ATLANTA has 12 Directors and 50 employees of various disciplines to include Project Management, Program Management, Microsoft Architecture (Office 365, Azure, InTune, SCCM, SCOM, SCORCH, RMS), AWS, IBM, SQL Database design, Programming (SQL, Java, PowerShell, VB Script), SAP, Network design/planning, Security Operations Center (SOC), ITIL, Six Sigma, Cisco Unified Messaging, Virtualization, Altiris, and more. We have over 50 employees nationwide that service every state and city within the US.
