Legacy Tax & Resolution Services
About this pro
We run a small catering service business and provide food for small parties, birthdays and other occasions. We had never filed tax returns because we didn’t think our business made enough money to be taxed. A couple of agents from the IRS showed up at our home last month and handed us a notice for unpaid taxes. They also said that we had a month to pay the taxes or we would face consequences, including penalties and imprisonment. Quite, alarmed by all this we contacted Legacy Tax & Resolution Services and they agreed to go through our records and file the back tax returns. They worked really hard over the 3 weeks and filed the returns with the IRS, lowering our taxes from $83,516 to $4,594. They also negotiated payment to be spread over the next three years, which was accepted by the IRS. We are really happy with their service and would recommend Legacy Tax & Resolution Services to other small businesses that haven’t filed their tax returns.May 24, 2018
