- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whether you are interested in group training or one-on-one, on our first meetup, I will take you through a short workout and questionaire where we will talk about: 1) What are your goals? 2) What are your limitations or health issues? 3) What are your current workout and eating habits? 4) How do you think I can best help you as a trainer? The workout will show me what your cardio capacity is, your strength level and what areas we can focus on as well as any injuries that need assessing. It will also give you an idea of what we would do in a workout.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
