They did a terrific job.Aug 17, 2018Verified
She did an amazing job. Showed up on time by herself and was worried because the house was big but this lady is a beast she cleaned every corner of the house. Great work thanks you so much!Jul 9, 2018VerifiedLatoria P.'s reply

They squeezed us in so we could move.Jul 29, 2018Verified
Unfortunately, we did not have a great experience with this company that we hired to paint our business. I should have known this was trouble when they canceled the day before and had to reschedule. Very cheap paint was used to paint the walls, leaving tons of uncovered spots on the wall. Paint was left on the floor and we had to go back after the project was complete and touch up every wall that was painted. It was a disaster! There should have been at least 3 painters for this job and they sent the "sales girl" and another guy to paint a 2,000 SF office. They patched up some of the nails they removed from the walls then painted right over the spackle, not even sanding them. It was the sloppiest job (to put it nicely) that I have ever encountered. Three days later we are still sanding and touching up paint. To top it all off, the sales person emailed me after she sent an invoice stating that they couldn't finish the whiteboard wall and that we needed to finish it ourselves. It cost them too much money in paint to finish the job and that they lost money on the project. I'm sorry, but as a business owner myself, I would never tell a client that nor would I treat anyone the way they treated us. To give them a 2 star review is very kind. I would not recommend this company. They seem to be a fly by night company.Jul 5, 2018VerifiedLatoria P.'s reply
Randee, We apologize that our service did not satisfy your expectations. We offer a guarantee on our work if notified within 24 hours. Not once did anyone contact us to indicate that you were unhappy with our service. During our last communication you indicated that you “loved it” so it was quite the surprise to see your feedback noting the contrary. The walls in your establishment was severely damaged prior to us painting them. We repaired several areas free of charge due so that we could even complete the project within your budget. Your landlord stated that the building is “30 years old and had multiple tenants over the years, primarily utilized for many blue collar industries, including a gym which it appeared that they or past tenants painted over several patches without sanding them.” This project did not include services to repair any damages, surface or otherwise, to the walls. He also mentioned that “you have unreasonable expectations for that ‘ole place.” We did all we could to help considering the esthetic challenges and your budget. Additionally, we reserved 2 days for your project with 2 crew members. A customer doesn’t dictate the quantity or gender of the members that should be appointed to complete a job; that is left to the company that is hired. Sadly, one of our crew member’s had an immediate family member pass away the night before the job was expected to start. You were promptly notified that the 2 day project would be slightly delayed; however, it WOULD be completed within the deadline. We opt to leave your negative response to this unfortunate event out of our reply, but will note that the project was completed by the deadline, as promised. Lastly, we provided you with the name of the brand of paint we would utilize for the project, a mid-grade paint by Sherwin-Williams, which you acknowledged and accepted in your email and signed agreement. The paint was not cheap as you eluded to. You requested that we also paint an accent wall and provided the paint for us to do so. We do acknowledge that the paint you provided was not a mid or high-grade paint; it was neither recommended or purchased by us. When we conducted our final walk through and quality check, there were no paint spills left by our crew as we utilized painting cloths and drapes to protect the already severely damaged floor (before and after pictures of which we recorded for our records). We did leave the leftover paint at your facility for any future touch ups so we cannot comment on what paint may have been wasted on the floor after our departure. In the 16 years of being in business, we have always had great experiences with our customers and if our services were not to their complete satisfaction, we would immediately rectify it. In this case, the customer-vendor relationship was mutually unsuccessful. We nonetheless wish you the best.
