When I researched companies to help build my website, I had very specific ideas of what 'I thought I wanted' to highlight with my business. Once the creative team started to put things together, I realized that this was a good decision because, they are always thinking 2 steps ahead of me. They considered things that I didn't even know were available on a website. Once the site went live and, all the little kinks were worked out, things went great.
