I absolutely LOVE my trainer! He push us to our full potential every session! Whenever I feel like giving up he’s there reminding me why I started this journey, I was not happy with my weight and overall I just wanted to have a healthier lifestyle! Eric rest assured I was in the best hands and he haven’t let me down yet! Sticking to his meal plan and giving my all durning my workouts I am now down 20lbs! Couldn’t have done it w/o him! Thanks E!

Working out with Eric has been a great experience. Workouts are never the same and motivates you to keep pushing! I have a busy work schedule and he’s very flexible with my schedule. Definitely would recommend him.
