- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing isn’t negotiable, but discounts can be discussed on multiple swimmers and referrals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Email, phone, or video interview discussing the swimmer’s goals, experiences, and needs. During first meet, perform a swim assesment to insure ability level and to develop swim curriculum. Once everything is agreed upon, start lessons!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Lifeguard, CPR, and Water Safety Instructor certified for 12 years.
