- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every customer is unique when it comes to what they want and need. Surprisingly each swimming pool is also unique and requires various needs. Our goal is to decipher those needs through educated questions and interviews to see how well we would be able to fulfill those needs and how that process is going to come to fruition. Communication is key.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 40 years of experience. Our entire team also spends our off season going to many industry trade shows and technical education courses to keep up with the newest technologies and industry progressions.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Swimming Pool construction and care has actually been in my family for 3 generations and it continues to be a very fulfilling and enjoyable industry.
