- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing on Irrigation repairs is usually done on a flat rate basis. Without being able to see what is needing to be done, or how in depth a repair might be, it is extremely difficult to be accurate with pricing. If I come to look at an issue, I can give an accurate estimate on the cost at that time if you would prefer. We do charge a $75 fee to come out and diagnose any issues. For Irrigation installs I will need to look at each location before quoting a price. There are some crucial site details that are needed in coming up with an accurate proposal and design for Irrigation systems. I offer a 10% cash discount on all Irrigation repairs!!!! Cash discounts avail for installs on a case by case basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I will whats need to look at a problem before giving you a price to fix it. 90% of the time I don’t do an hourly rate; instead I come look at what needs to be done, give you a flat rate to repair the issue, and make the repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Licensed Irrigator and a licensed backflow tester through the TCEQ.
