Ryan’s journey began in 2005, while looking in the mirror after a failed relationship, being kicked to the curb for being 65 pounds overweight, unmotivated, unhealthy, and unhappy. A shell of the person he was years earlier.
He knew something needed to change.

Ryan became so inspired by the addiction of behavior change and becoming healthy through his weight loss journey that he decided to dedicate his life to mentoring others who struggle with adopting healthy habits.
Now, with over 10,000 personal training and health coaching sessions in 13 years, working with such companies as WebMD, Eli Lilly, Baylor Scott & White, among many Fitness Centers across Indiana and North Texas, he’s developed a revolutionary easy-to-follow training and Lifestyle protocol that makes any client regardless of age, fitness level, or limitation thrive in their path to better health.
