- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide a variety of services so our prices vary with each job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we like to call the customer and set up a meeting for a free estimate on the work that would need to be done. After meeting with the customer we send them a professional proposal through their email. If they wish to have it delivered we will personally hand deliver their proposal for convenience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the owner operator I have seven years of experience and hands on knowledge.
