- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?What to know about our pricing is simple we offer hourly services which can be 2 or 3 men per truck and also we offer flat rate based on limited items under 5 pieces.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Ounce the customer has viewed our quote and messaged us we ask for the best number to reach out to them if one has not been provided already, we then schedule a time to discuss there move. If the home is 2500 sq ft or more we like to be able to have a onsite estimate in order to give our customers the best accurate quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I studied at Oakland university for criminal justice before I switched over to business administration. Prior to this company I had worked in management at two other moving companies that both went on to become rather successful.
