- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices for my services are as listed and are non negotioable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have them fill out a detailed Heath history intake form.. knowing any health conditions you may have, allergies and medications you may be taking sets the stage to be sure massage is the right path for you. I also have them sit down and write down exactly what their goals are for massage and what their chief complaints are; how they feel mentally & physically. I ask about their work and hobbies and family life. This helps me get to know and understand my clients lifestyle to my best ability so I can blend together a massage that is just right for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Maine State License which was achieved by completing a 600 hour therapeutic massage program from Spa Tech in Westbrook, ME. I am also certified in cupping therapy.
