- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Yes but it varies from city to city. In the Seattle area students usually pay fees from $90 to $150 per month for group classes and between $50/hr for personal training with one of my instructors or $100 for classes with me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Every new prospective student receives a minimum of two free group classes before joining one of my schools. This procedure helps the client to see if our classes are the right fit for them and it helps us to decide whether they would fit into the class or if they would be better off at a different school.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been working as a martial arts instructor full time since 1995. I hold the title of Dai Sifu in the Chinese Self-Defense system of Wing Tsjun and underwent a full-time training (eight hours per day) at Langenzell Castle in Germany. Additionally, I hold a certificate as a professional close-protection executive (IPSO) and I have been training merchants of sports and fitness for the German chamber of Commerce for more than ten years.
