- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge an upfront sitting/art creative fee, which serves as a deposit for the session. I also share all my fees at this time so my clients will have time to consider their order. At the post-session meeting, we go over the photos and select the ones they like and want to order. Most of my clients chose a collection, but I have a la carte pricing as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to my clients to determine their wants and needs in a photographer. I will follow up with questions so we both clearly understand what we expect from each other. Communication is critical for a happy client!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over twenty years of photographic experience, starting with film and making the transition to digital in the early 2000's. I've been a full time professional since 2014.
