Introduction: We repair flat roofs, residential, commercial, industrial, composition, tile all phases of roofing. Also full tear off and installation of new roofing materials in all different systems. I like working because it's like being an artist. Last year, I noticed a small water stain on my ceiling after a major rain storm. I contacted James after being referred by one of my neighbors in Seattle and he came out to inspect the roof and advise me of my options. I was impressed with his knowledge of the roofing materials, common causes of roof leaks and the pricing options for roof repair. He wasn't the cheapest roofing contractor, but he did an excellent job and was punctual and honest. After signing the work order, he was back to the next morning with his crew. He went beyond what he agreed to do, by fixing some additional flashing on the roof and for that I was recommend him anytime for roof repair.

Want to point out that we were not hired by this customer and that his opinion as to the level of time involved to perform the work is subjective and he does not have an understanding of the trips involved in bidding, doing the work and collecting the money then servicing the roof if it leaks or there is a problem. That said we are very sorry he felt compelled to make a negative review of the company and service which he never used or had the exposure to really know anything about our work. Thank goodness it's a free country.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have to visit the job to formulate a proper proposal. Usually the proposal will be e mailed within an hour or two of Jame's visit to the site. Terms and conditions are clearly printed on the proposal and James likes to make deals in person.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Take down contact information, setup a time to examine the roof. Walk the roof and examine then give pricing and see what the customer wants to do. On site visit, proposal and start as soon as possible given our schedule and weather conditions.

Field experience in the trades throughout my life.
