Unfortunately, sometimes things don't go as planned, especially with construction type projects. Estimator didn't do a thorough inspection before bidding and we ended up paying more, but the quality of work looks good and they get the job done at a reasonable price. I didn't hire this company for a roof replacement because their sales rep was incredibly condescending and inconsiderate. Though their products look good, I was uncomfortable moving forward because of this. Curt was 30 minutes late and I didn't get notification until he showed up at my door. When he was talking to me he continued to smack his gum and spit all over while he talked. He was very loud and continued to talk down the competition a lot based on assumptions in a very egotistical way. He slammed his metal clipboard on my really nice polished wood table and left a scratch as well as dragged the chair out heavily and left scratches in my floor. Overall I had a very poor experience with just the sales rep and will not choose this company if that's a representation of the type of work they do.Oct 15, 2018VerifiedGutter & Roof Solutions NW's reply

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Each project has its own unique set of problems requiring its own unique solution. We price each job by what must be done on each project and the type of warranty the client would like. We must do a full inspection so we can give you the most accurate estimate possible and we will leave you with a written proposal so you know exactly what your project will cost you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We call to schedule an appointment that works with the client's schedule for an estimator to do an inspection of the current roof and gutters. They will leave a report with suggestions to solve the roof or gutter issues. They would show you your options for roofing materials, warranties, the complete process to install a new roof or gutter system, and then get them on our schedule for installation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We are a GAF Master Elite Roofer and our crews have passed the Pro Field Guide written and roof top test. Our crews are factory certified for the multiple different roofing systems. These include GAF, IB Roofing Systems, WeatherBond, TPO, PVC, Nu Ray Metal Roof, Standing Seam Metal, etc.
