Did not hire them. Seems hungry for work but very difficult to communicate with. Just trying to get him to come out for a bid was an ordeal. I asked what time he was available and he told me a time that did not work for me, so I suggested we schedule for one week out. He insisted on doing it later that same day anyway and told me 3 different times over the course of an hour. (4pm, 12:30pm and 3pm). I waited til 12:30 and he then told me he was going to be at 3 (late due to traffic.) He needs to be more organized and don't try to squeeze everything into his schedule. Says he will be there and then doesn’t show up. Doesn’t message back to tell you he’s going to be late. When asked about it he delays the appointment to another day. Uses excuses like, “my mower broke down on me” and “I’m too busy so I don’t think I can make it.” Pretty big inconvenience as a home owner and the fact that he doesn’t even call ahead to say he’s going to be late or can’t make it is the worst part.
