- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is simple and easy. When you decide you want me as your photographer, I send you a list of questions to answer. These include the date/time, location, and other details that guarantee we are on the same page. After receiving the needed information, I compile it into a contract to be signed. This ensures everything is in writing, which is the best and safest thing for you and me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I owe most of my digital photography knowledge to Professor David Woods of Polk State College. He is an phenomenal photographer and a good teacher. Look him up.
